Enrolment Instructions

To manage stud ents and valorize their competence, Mines Paris Tech has set up “ADUM,” the listing of past and present students at the establishment. Inscription in this listing is free, but obligatory
In order for the listing to fulfill its goals of managing students and creating a true network of past and present students, the establishment would request that you enroll AND update any changes in the data about your situation.

During your inscription for a thesis, your reinscription, or for your orals you will need to give your ADUM registry attestation.
Once you have obtained your PhD, in order to animate the network, we would ask you to keep the information about your professional situation and your coordinates up to date through your “ADUM” personal account.
Attention: If the security parameters of your browser block you from using Cookies and Javascript, you will receive error messages or a blank screen and you will not be able to enroll. Configure your browser.

" If you are already enrolled in the listing,   identify yourself here here by giving your family name, first name and ADUM password. Follow the procedures by filling in any empty fields and updating the others. If you have forgotten your password, you can receive it at your email address by clicking on   here".

Once you have given your information, print the administrative documents generated by the program and give them to the director of your doctoral specialty.

For all information:
- If this is your first enrollment in ADUM,   "ENROLL HERE and select your level of thesis". Then simply follow the instructions of the different steps.

• • Take advantage of the professional insertion services (job offers, CV publication, etc.),
• • Choose to display your profile on the internet (“Personal Account” > “Configure Display”),
• • Participate in the elaboration of a past and present students network for your establishment,
• • Stay informed by email of all events organized for you,
• • Enroll in training modules set up by the doctoral schools,
• • Consult upcoming thesis orals.
